Before greaseing up

On the side of the pivot arm casing on the case cover...There is a protrusion i see on the upper side of it in the pic...Is that a hole in it right there???

the bar looks bent so the shaft doesnt sit in it right...looks like its tilted
then the bottom of the shaft looks like the edges got worn

the bar being bent like that is going to make pulling the clutch cable pull on the bar wrong.of it was perpedicular to the shaft then when you pulled the cable it would move the shaft smoothly. the way ot is looks like it will pull on the shaft unevenly...but thats just my thoughts

Should I try to bend it straight to see what it dose

of you look at the shaft where the splines go into the bar hole...look close..1 side of the shaft splines are showing more. thats because if the bend. its like whoever or however it got bent pulled up in that part

i cant say yes or no...what i can say is in the past and ive experienced that bending it back and forth to try and get it straight will do more harm than good.
