Help needed, kill switch, crazy vibrations, throttle

hey guys,

so i have three problems with my new build,
first, the throttle is loose and got stuck in full on first run, so i ned help getting that tight

second, what wires go to wear on kill switch i have a black and red, which cdi cable to they go to,

third, the whole brike vibrates and made a couple of screws fall out when i first got it runnign properly

Poor motor mounting is usually the cause of excessive vibration.

Hold your bikes top bar with one hand and your cylinder head with the other, and push your engine back and forth as hard as you can.
If it moves AT ALL it's too loose.
 
throttle problems are usually caused by using zip-ties to fasten the cable to the frame - both throttle & clutch cables should be fairly free to move to prevent binding

excess vibration can also be caused by ordering one of the cheap pre-2012 kits that have the old bone-shaker cranks
