HELP!!!! New BikeBerry Banana Pipe

Just got my new banana pipe in the mail from bikeberry. This is a what I received. I Had a difficult time installing it as the fitment was not good. Also it doesnt seem to add any top end or performance at all. It actually makes my bike run worse. Bikeberry said i cannot return it. What should i do.
