Help putting disc brakes/any better brake on a huffy Nel Lusso

Tyler, in your pics you have chain tensioners on both sides. Never seen that b4, why on the right side?
It was because I'm lame and made the mistake of taking too many links out on my engine chain so the peddle chain was too long and if I took a link out it would be too short so I just put a tensioner on the peddle side. It was a stupid mistake but I don't peddle much anyway. :) Maybe I will get another engine chain and fix it but I'm using a really strong 1/2 x 1/8 BMX chain with reinforced links on the engine side. I like it better than the bulky 415 because it flows through my engine sprocket with less drag. It's a good chain and I don't really feel like replacing it. So yeah, it's just a stupid mistake.

Yeah, I really did screw it up. If you notice the chain tensioner on the engine side is really far forward, it's as far forward as it can be without the peddle hitting it, and if you notice it's on the lowest setting, but it's got just the right amount of slack in it, just barely. And if you look at the other picture you can see how far forward the rear axel is in the slot on the frame, it's as far forward as it can go which kinda shortens my wheel base a little bit.

This bike has been kinda a work in progress. I first had regular bicycle rims on it, I had a 7 speed hub and I was planning on adding a shift kit. But then I put a reed valve on and it seemed to add enough extra power so I decided I didn't really need the shift kit and gears. So then I decided to get mag wheels with just a single peddle gear and at the same time I decided to change my 40 tooth sprocket to a 36 tooth sprocket and with a smaller sprocket I had to take some links out of my engine chain and that's when I took too many out and made it too short.

Yeah, but you're having fun! :ROFLMAO:

Don't buy blikeberry mags with disc brakes because the come with a 200 mm rotor which is only a pinch tell em before hand need a 223 mm for a real brake, trying to work out something right now but no answers from them they are gonna eat their mistake and don't wanna.

Yes, that is what I need. I was thinking that I could hook the caliper up first and then I will know exactly how much of a spacer I will need and then by a cheep spacer for the disc part
If you don't know were to get brake stuff at. Don't forget Mbrebel.com. I bought some parts from them before. I seen they have some good brake stuff like the spacers.

Absolutely, they got some good spacers in different sizes for pretty cheap. I got a headset and bearings for my bike from them before.
