Help with clutch fix

I recently had bought a motorized bike runs good had my share of problems with chain but I'm getting better. Now the small bevel wheel in clutch has come loose because it was welded. You think it would be fixable?

Welded? What happened to the screw that holds it in?

Check that small gear and see if it is damaged or needs to be replaced. If not, you can just put it back on, use blue Loctite on the threads. Here is a video to show you how to remove it, you will need a special tool.

Just make sure the woodruff key doesn't get pushed out of the slot when putting the gear on.
A screwdriver holding the back of it works.
