Help with this engine?

Shop neighbor came over and gave me this. It's a 98cc single from a Powermate generator. Can't find any info on these. He was using it to power a car alternator on his boat.

Anyone know about these? Can't find much about them except they are NLA.

Historically most powermate engines were produced by tecumseh, but I'm unsure if they are still making engines. If it's not a tecumseh, I'd say it's a Lifan ohv 98cc engine.

After cleaning it, sticker on the recoil has a Ducar logo.

Hmm, now what to do with it.

Ducar are real decent engines, believe they got billet stuff for them as well.

I only see stuff for the 212. This is a 98cc. No biggie, just means it's worth using. The bolt pattern is the same as any other garden motor, so easily replaced if something goes wrong.

They are akin to the Honda GX 120. But I haven't seen one of those in a long time.
