I put together a small order last week for a little project I'm getting started on, with a half dozen pieces of various aluminum stock cut to length, with nothing more than 4 inches long. It shipped the next day, and was delivered a couple of days after that.

Shipping/handling costs were low.

I like the fact that they have just so much in stock, and will cut to suit. Sure, you pay a little more to get the pieces cut, but, it's a LOT less than buying much more than you need...

I've looked thru this site in the past...pretty cool.

There's a local fab/repair shop, here.....they get metal delivered on Mon./Wed/& Fri.
So, usually 2 days is all I have to wait. Great guys...will cut to whatever I need, if I need. Priced about the same as SpeedyMetal.

Darn handy for u guys....i don't think we have anything like that.
I'm lucky though cos i live next to an industrial area & can go through their scrap metal bins.
