im stationed in alaska in the coast guard. saw a you tube video on a guy who made 4 stroke motorized bikes, and though this is a good gas saver and a fun project to do. i've been looking at some sites to get stuff ready for when i go home in august to do my first build. i can find a frame anywhere once im back but i see this complete kits with no name engines. i'd like that honda horizontal drive 2.5 hp engine and an exact part list in DETAIL so i'll be able to get the basic stuff at home depot or lowe's and snag the bicycle stuff off an old bike or bike shop.

Don't let the thread name scare you. It should be applicable to any horizontal shaft motor, including the Honda GXH50.
