Hello everyone. I'm new to the motorized bike world. Bought a new 2007 Whizzer NE5 in May 07, have only 128 miles on it and love it! I have average mechanical skills Just wish I could get a technical service manual for it. Also think I would like to put a springer front-end and different handle bars on it. Thanks for a place to see different ideas other folks have.
