Hi folks,
I am new to the forum but not new to motorised bikes, been building them for myself and others for about 10 years now.
I have just built a new one in May for myself since my Huffy Cranbrook Beachcruiser frame snapped on me after 5 years and 6,000 miles on it.
I have used the Zeda 80 with 36 tooth sprocket and NGK B6HS plug this time around and has been the best OOTB experience thus far, as its still on breakin period at 225 miles, much better than Flying Horse or Seeutec's that i have used in the past. (see specs here below).
https://www.bicycle-engines.com/new...it-ceramic-coated-cylinder-firestorm-edition/
It's done on the cheap as i do not afford much being retired old fart etc.
The bike comes from Walmart, "Hyper Bike Company" for 99 dollars plus tax, The tires are Bell Kevlars, the tubes are double thick slime filled, the seat is a wide, no horn, memory foam schwinn, Amsoil 2 cycle full synthetic Dominator oil as well as their Dominator Octane Booster.
Also is equipped with "BurningSun" Solar chargeable LED lighting kit, (very bright), with built in horn and a digital speedo and a spring loaded chain tensioner as well.
After hitting 47 miles per hour, i backed off the throttle and cleaned the racing stripes out of my underwear...lol...Im in the high desert area of Alamogordo NM at 4,500 ft above sea level and have the needle valve C clip at the top for leanest mix.I am presently at the Zeda recommended oil/fuel mix for breakin at 20:1 ratio and at 300 miles will be at 32:1 mix thereafter.
I am going to attempt to attach pics here for all to see. (note that front engine mount is not in kit, its my own design).
Any questions, please ask.
Regards,
DAMIEN
