Hi guys! I just got a phantom v3.

You will also need to lose the water bottle holder and plug up the screw holes that are drilled into the frame for that bottle holder as the motor being mounted in that area will crack the frame where the screw holes are,

I know that @Gordy or @ImpulseRocket as well as a few others who have encountered this personally know what to do with those holes so that does not happen to you so wait for Gordy and others to chime in on that before you even try to mount that motor.

That pedal chain and rear sprockets looks like it is heavily rusted as well and could probably use a replacement chain from your local bicycle repair shop.
For the bottle mount holes, it's best to not use that frame. But if you can't get another, the beat solution is to weld the holes up and fill the tube with a spray foam. It's messy but it reduces resonance and vibration and prevents cracking.

Here's a good front mount solution...

Cheaper than a CNC mount. I ordered a agricultural split locking collar of the right ID, and used some angle iron brazed together. The torque of my engine has already bent the angle iron, but soon I'll be adding gussets. Your best bet is to make one similar since the front mounts that come with the engines are not good and they don't fit anything well, especially non cruiser frames. Cost me 11 bucks for the collar and I just used scrap metal.
