Hi, Need some info

I just bought my first motorized bike today, but I didn't get a manuel to explain correct mixtures oil/gas and also needed maintanence tips. I have a Schwinn Point Beach Cruiser w/55cc 2 stroke engine. Would really appreciate info on where I can get a manuel on doing tune-ups & general maintence on it. Can anyone help?
Also does anyone have any idea of weather you need a licnese to ride a motorized bike in Michigan?

32:1 is sufficient oil though the manual says as rich as 20:1. Note: manual is based on Chinese using 4 stroke oil in their motors.
