Hiawatha frame

Hi guys,
I have a Hiawatha frame, I'm looking to motorize. In the meantime, trying to locate a S/N decoder of the stamping I found on the bottom bracket. It's "H33367". On the fork tube the Hiawatha tag has "15 WG6 24 1036". However, I'm not convinced the tag is OEM to this frame?
It has peaked fenders and a skip tooth sprocket. It's a robust frame though.
Any ideas?
