does one exist? Also been looking for Adult tricycle motor kit for the frame not over the tire

If you mean better engine.thay got them on scooter /vespers .thay don't just bolt on your bike and cost like $500 but most have a real gear box 3 to 4 speed.but for bikes its just the 142f 49cc and the 144f which is 50cc or something like that.

Www.thatsdax.com is a better motor then the 142f

A second hand scooter is $200 but a dax is $400 $500 just the motor if he's not out of stock like always.

Scooters require a liscence and insurance... thought I posted this on a motor bike forum not a scooter one. 49cc bikes with engines are street legal in most states if they are 49cc and lower AND with pedals

You put the scooter motor on the bike its 49cc or put the hole back of a scooter on a bike just keep the pedals .

What about this engine .see the speedo bottom right 61kmh which is 38 mph I put a bigger sprocket on and a small wheel and I don't have to pedal to take off ever and 38 top speed

How you figure the DAX 50cc 'Titan' is a better engine than the HS?

That is a 142 (49cc) engine of the non-epa tested variety, aka the engines that can't pass.
HS sells them at a good price by the pallet, then DAX just brands them however they like, hence Titan.

So once again how is the DAX engine better than an HS for you to recommend it?
And that is my point, it helps everyone else if you know what you are talking about before giving advice ;-}

I was just looking at a LT80 2 stroke quad motor. Here is an off-the-web picture:

That mud encrused box is the Constant Velocity(CV) drive case where a belt resides to give a 3:1 transmission range.
The far side has a chain sprocket where it could drive the trike's standard drive and gearing.
They have huge torque, great idle and a high modification capability.
These motors have a good reputation for reliability in spite of their young rider's antics.
