High idle... no air leak

Hi, I didnt drove my bike in a while and meanwhile took it apart. Now I have high idle and it takes aprox. 10 secs to bring it down to idle and when it comes to idle it shuts off. I have 70 jet and my c clip is on highest. Apart from that engine runs great I tried 60,65 and now 70 jet and it goes best with 70 jet.

How is the float? A little high and more fuel will be in the jet than is necessary.

Last time I checked it it was 21mm I think... Also maybe it is worh mentioning that I need to pedal a bit more to start the engine now. Before it would start instantly but now it need atleast 5-10sec if engine is cold.

Check the throttle cable, and the slide. Make sure it is easy for it to return.

Yes throttle cable works well. There is no change in slide when rpms are changing.
