Hiya I'm New Here

Looks like you're on the right track with everything. I'd suggest a bicycle computer or some type of speedometer. Get either handlebar mirrors or at least use helmet mirrors. Last of all, use e-bike rated brake pads.

Ok thanks, from the uk it seemed as though bike berry was top, would you recommend any other better sites, as I still have a few parts I need.
It depends on the parts needed of course but the most reputable company I deal with over here with a great 6 month warranty that they actually honour on their bike kits and parts is https://www.bicycle-engines.com/ in the State of Montana, USA....They also have that dual pull brake lever that Gordy mentioned as well.

I do not know if they will ship to England though, but nothing ventured, nothing gained...lol.

This is their phone number to ask if it is of any help to you as well.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you WAY overpaid for that engine.
The engine itself was only 200. I bought from a reputable American website so postage was a lot though, and I was fairly aware that I would be overpaying for the sake of reliability. Shame that the customs charges surprised me extra fees too though
Yeah Gordy, anything being brought into the UK is not only subject to outrageous shipping costs, but then their is customs duty, any other taxes that HMs government levies upon the goods as well as VAT taxes...lol.

Yep our cousins over the other side of the "pond" are getting "Royally" Screwed one way or the other over there...lol...lol.

Don't wonder why the "Colonies" revolted over a small, petty, amount of taxes...They KNEW it was gonna get worse...lol...lol.
