Home made dual pull lever

I remember seeing pictures of a home made dual pull lever, but I cant seem to find it now for love nor money!

Does anyone have any pictures of one of these, or better yet, instructions for making one!

Hey Keith,

Recently bought one and got it shipped from the US from this seller:

Cost me all up just under $30 Aussie dollars delivered. Guy was very helpful and shipping was about a week. And still $10 cheaper than I could find locally.

Can recommend this guy if you want a dual pull lever.

Ahh, sorry mate.. didn't realize you were in Aus. That definitely does present some issues for shipping.
