I found some Honda Dio big bore cylinder heads air and LC cooled . The bore sizes start at 50mm up to 56mm and the bolt pattern dimensions seem to match my BT 100. Has anyone heard about or done Honda Dio cylinder builds on to the BT100 bottom end??
The transfer port shapes are both the half moon style like the cdh 110.
The BT 100 has plenty of engine case to trench out for the much larger cylinder port size.
I'm thinking I need to find another set of BT 100 engine cases and start making things happen.!!!
I'm thinking I can blow all the minarelli builds away with this idea!! Hmm I'm thinking about 80+ mph!!
