Honda GX35 Cable adjuster for throttle

Is the cable adjuster for the throttle cable included with a brand new GX35 engine usually?

I am looking at buying from smallenginewarehouse and they do not specify whether it is or not...

It's NOT included.....buy one if u like or use the standard adjuster on brake lever.
