Does anyone here use a pusher motor to power your bicycle?
I just removed the power unit from a wrecked scooter and sat it behind my bicycle. Its a Honda 49.5cc GY6 clone; model 147QMD. It has a 10" tire and looks to be the perfect height to easily mount it to the bike frame.
The kids here are wrecking these scooters like crazy. It's always front end hits leaving the engine intact. That makes obtaining a power unit an inexpensive proposal. I'm really not into going really fast: but these things should really scream down the road.
Any thoughts/comments would be greatly appreciated.
