Engine Trouble Honda NH80 1985

So I have a 2 stroke Honda from 1985 that I can't seem to get to run I drove it just fine and then one day I ran out of gas and I couldn't get it to start up after I put gas in it it finally started up but then sputtered out and I haven't been able to get it started ever since it gets dark it's got fuel I don't know what the hell's going on here is a link to look and see if maybe you can find something that I'm missing any help will be appreciated thanks.
