How do I keep my bike from sputtering and dying when I jump it ???

If you keep treating that bike rough like doing jumps etc. you will not have it very long...These bikes are not made like a commercially made dirt bike which are made for the purposes your trying to use a bicycle with a Chinese motor attached for...Good luck with that...lol.

Is it doing it because you're stalling it, or is it a problem with the fuel or something? You oughta at least be able to tell us that.

These bikes are NOT dirt bikes, they will always have problems if you continue to use your bike in this manner.

They are NOT made for that kind of abuse.
