how do i replace my magneto

I think i need a new magneto does anyone know how this is done and maybe a local store in sacramento to buy magnetos and or cdi boxes im just not getting any spark

I built a CDI tester 'cause they're almost impossible to test for both spark & timing with a meter, but the mag is easily tested with a cheap meter - I'd say look for someone in your area to help you out with trying a diff CDI temporarily or to test your mag.

Wow thats good to know .now how hard is it to install correctly? And do u know if i can get a cdi from harbor frieght?

it's a multimeter that is avail at harbor freight - I doubt they'll ever have china girl parts
