How fast will it go?

My Monteray(32T) will do 35, The Jaguar, (36T sprocket)I just finished is faster, (lighter)
I think the way the engines are ported, tuned and increased Compression, make the most different in speeds.

Whoa, that could of been the ultimate in entrapment ever done!

"Come ride that MB and let me clock youwith my radar gun to see how fast you are going"

35mph with a #13 gear on the flat is the best I have managed.

However considering thats from a piped 32cc engine its fairly impressive.

The highest verifiable increase from a pipe I have seen is 40% more power than stock which means 1.6hp x 1.40 = 2.24hp. I dont think I am getting that much but there is a fair power hike..

Oddly enough the pipe doesnt seem to have made a massive difference to fuel consumption.

My unconventional homelite weedwacker friction drive runs 22.5 on the flat, 15-20 uphill, and 33.5 downhill sitting upright (handheld gps). I've now gone thru 2 bottom end cranks since changing the top to a 30cc. new numbers have been 27 flat, solid 20 uphill, and 35 downhill - fuel burn 168 mpg....
I can't believe I just found out about motorized biking! Oh yeah, I've only got $25 invested and that was for 4 parts weedeaters to go with the one I started with. Last count, Frankenstein had 8 donors.

My 5-1/2 hp Jiang Dong on the Monarch with the 3-speed in 3rd runs 3100 on governor (cruise control) and goes 41 uphill,42 on flat, and 43 downhill and off a cliff. I am using approx. 2/3 of the engine. The "Happy Time"? runs about 35 but strangles wide open due to a restrictive fuel tap at this time. The 3hp Clinton in the Monarch an honest 40, but has seizures due to Clinton uses a round piston rather than cam ground and my rebore is a bit tight. The 20" Schwinn/Briggs & Stratton model N about 30. While I have the floor, AIG will write minimum liability for $43 for a whole year (in Oklahoma)
