How hard would it be to mount this Golden Eagle Engine and are they reliable?

I've never assembled anything involving an engine.does this engine require me to drill a hole in the bike or engine mount?Do I need powertools or a good understanding of mechanics to put it on.Would I just need the engine to make the bike work? Finally, what bike would work with it under 200 dollars?

I have mine on a $50 craigslist bike. The main thing is to measure according to website directions and get a bike that meets those specs (most do). It is an easy job especially if you get the rim from Golden eagle with the ring pre-attached. If you have ANY trouble any all just email Augidog he will get you through it with easy.
