How many foot pounds of torque for a high compression CNC head?

How many foot pounds should I torque my high compression head?

on the little torque wrenches there are numbers on the bar that go in a circle from 0 to 0 with 2 through 8 in-between. 2 is about a 45 degree angle from 0
