For me i think it was when some of your co-workers is old enough to be your grandchild.

Yes I have experienced that and introduced young coworkers to music and movies from the 70's aka Monty Python, Mel Brooks etc.

I knew it was all over when i turned 50 and the ARRP started pestering me to join them...lol...Still haven't joined yet...lol...Thats for old farts, don't ya know...lol.
