how many oz is a boost bottle supposed to be for 66/80, I come up with 2.65oz

what are you basing the calcs on? a boost bottle is a resonant chamber.... its not just size, but length of intake tract, desired rpm, diameter of intake tract, port timing, volume of crankcase, placement of bottle on intake tract...
anyway. cc to cubic inch... 1 cc=.06CU. a .30 is 5cc, .60 is 10cc, 1.2 is 20cc etc etc etc
