How much is this bike worth

All I know is that it's a 1942 Schwinn Wizzer. Supposed to be all original. The motor ran before put away but would need to be gone over again to make run. This is all I know about the bike I'm just curious about what it would be worth in Canadian dollars.all I have is two pictures. It's for sale in my local area and I have not seen it yet I'm just wondering about a ballpark price.

no way to tell without finding if it can be made to run again - whole inside of motor might be rusted out

He says it turns over no problem but just would need some TLC to make run. I just have no idea if it's worth $1000 if it runs or $1000 if it doesn't run. Just have no idea of the price range of these things.

Looks like it's missing handle grips and the brake and clutch lever are missing or broken?

Original seat probably, shouldn't that have a rear fender?

I wouldn't pay more than $200 for it personally, but there's always the right buyer for any price.
