How to get disc/ drum brakes with 7 speed?

What is the easiest way? (For a new build)

Buy a Sturmey/Archer front wheel from HUSKY and I believe there is a rear hub available with a "BAND BRAKE"....you may need to lace that up yourself. Or use a front and rear wheel with a threaded hub and use disc brakes....ezy-pezy!
