how to organize a chapter

Look, here's the thing; you're kinda puttin the cart before the horse.
How ya gonna get riders together to vote on this stuff when I don't
even know what riders there are within fifty miles of me. Call a
national convention? Sounds good, but chances are there just might
as many show up as senators show up for work in the capitol on a
given day.(not too dam many, ha ha!)
What's needed is a way for riders to find and gather with other riders
in their area. Start at the local level with clubs that can tailor their
org. to suit themselves. Then move forward to state & national.
So, I'd like to hear ideas on how riders can find each other to do
just that.
