Hi; Just got my 4 stroke 49cc HS 7G bike kit from gasbike.net. It came with a broken plastic choke lever on the carb. I don't have the part yet as gasbike in almost impossible to contact by e-mail or phone. Once you buy from them its yours to keep, forget about returns, warranty, etc. Anyway I have not received the replacement lever. But would like to know how to replace it on the carb. I was told it was easy to do. I have looked at the carb. tried to pull the butterfly valve out in order to pull the lever out on the top. However it is hard to move it without maybe damaging it. The valve is crimped in to the shaft on both sides to keep it stable so I have no idea how you would get it out without destroying the remaining choke lever. I guess I could cut it out since it is broken and maybe the new one just slides in onto the valve and into the bottom hole.
