I bought a new Whizzer NE5 from a defunct dealer a year ago. Spent a-lot of time working with Whizzer to get it minimally functional. Had hoped to use it commuting but finally realized it was low grade Chinese junk and to stop wasting time on it.
Well, here I am a year later, gas has doubled again and I'm thinking of giving it another try.
