HS only runs right while partially choked

I've been using this engine for over a year with NO problems....but today it only runs with the choke about 1/4 to 1/2 on.....I removed the carb
and cleaned it but no help....Could the intake valve be the problem..or is it still the carb....haven't cleaned the idle jet yet....just read about it.

Hi need to clean Idle and main jet. We find it helps to run Carb and Fuel injection cleaner in the tank, most all the time.

Make sure fuel cap is venting and fuel line/filter isn't restricted.
