The vent for the HappyTime carb is in the airfilter section and is a hole near the choke nut that goes down into the float bowl.
I had previously blocked this and drilled through to atmospheric pressure. Now that I wanted to experiment with a supercharger of sorts... http://www.motoredbikes.com/showthread.php?t=12442&page=5, I switched it back to the vent inside the air filter.
But when I tested it on the road, the top speed dropped from 34.5 MPH to 29. Feels like it is running rich.
Has anyone else experimented with the float bowl vent?
