I have two HTs. The first one I got always started easy enough. But, the second one even after running it all summer is still hard to start. The first one I get on pedal, pop it and it goes. The second one I have to cholke the ****ens out of it and then nurse it until it gets warmmed up, and this is with the hottest sparkplug I can find.
    Any thoughts.
Once Started it runs fine. But, if I turn it off and let it set until it cools then I have to do it all over again.

  2. How does your plug look? Mine was like that when I was running it rich. If the plug looks dark, try lowering the needle by raising the clip in the carby.......

I'll give that a try. Yeah, it looks a little mucky.
