It might blow tomorrow, but HT has got 500 miles on it at this point. Uno, I've gone into the motor.............., milled/ported...... even removed head gasket for more compression........................:helmet: 140lbs+

PS- I'm 6' 6",260 with pulling 60lbs bike......................25 town /32 ish..........tops.........

I think you may have hit the happy time for the HT motors. Mine has over 400 miles on it, kicks right off in an instant dead cold and seems to want to run for hours. The only change I made was to put a long exhaust pipe on it. What a difference. No improvement in top speed but I can climb a wall with the improved torque. I love taking off from a stop. I beat cars through intersections.

Anyone have a less than 44 tooth rear gear they want to part with? I may want to toy with a few more MPH. PM please, don't hijack the thread.

you get 28t and 36t off 12.5" and 16" kiddy bikes respectively. drilling holes will take a minute or two.
