Does the carb have a fuel pump? Does the gas tank have to be mounted above the carb?

Does anyone know a source for 1 gal gas tank.

Yes the tank needs to be above, gravity fed. Unless you put a diaphragm carb on it. Staton sells a 64 oz tank with attaching hardware for a FD kit.
