Hua sheng flywheel partial stuck now

Been working on this project replaced the fuel lines, electrical shut off, added a fuel filter, eidtntheottle not cluch (may be what I need to get it) my question is it pull started 2 for under a minute when i first got it not it won’t pull at all and I’ve put mystery oil through the spark plug and that helped loosen the fly, and changed the oil. Any suggestions?

Take the transmission off the engine & then see if the engine will turn over with the pull start.

1 simple test b4 you pull transmission, will it turn over with pull starter if you remove spark plug?

Nope first thing I tried, by hand notngydrolocked it well enough and didn’t want too flip over the bike and make a huge mess, but if you saw I installed that easy lol drain tube things a life saver

The starter should be the real re wired wrirs I sliced and head tuned back to off and on yeah

If you take the entire transmission off & it wont turn over easy, then it's in the engine somewhere.

Also plugged up the valves other than some kitty sealed gunk I removed off not bad
