Hub gets loose after 300miles

My hub keeps coming loose on my rear tire every 300miles. i tighten it to were the wheel just spins freely should i tighten it more? I was thinking it would create to much drag?

I figured it out. I put some locktite on it.

You need to adjust the cone nut correctly then lock it down with the lock nut thats on the outside of the cone nut, i'm thinking you are turning both thinking its just one nut. While your messin with the wheel off pack some grease into the bearings.
