Nice! I forget, is this with the 36t?

I'm gonna be building a cheap 36t roadmaster mountain bike this week to practice porting on a Triple40 I have. So far I matched the transfer ports and trimmed the base gasket, and started to mill the head. Unsurprisingly one transfer port was almost perfect, but the other side was like 1/4" off with it being blocked LOL. Will get baseline like that, then pull the top end to play with the ports.

Still unsure on the powerplant for my first "real" build...was leaning towards a big 4stroke but your 2stroke build really has me thinking lol. Might go with a stroker 72cc build and rev the hell out of it...goal is 65mph.

Converted the rear hup to sealed bearing with 1/2" axle today. Thanks goes to @willis617 willifor figuring this out.

Very nice!I'm curious though did you sleeve the axle between the bearing's inside the hub?

Yeah, used a piece cut from old handlebars since it was close enough to the diameter needed. Was going to pull it back apart to get more pictures but just wanted to be done.
