I believe I have pre detonation (spark knock)

crack in the intake - ran so hot that plug fired the mix with no spark like a glow plug

Had the precise same thing got so hot kill switch did nothing and pulling the boot did nothing but electrocute my hand and leg as that was the ground to the frame... Choke took like 30 seconds to cool it to a stall temperature since I didn't want to dead stop it with my clutch while it was so hot...

That's some crazy s**t. I've had them turn over a second or two after the kill. OP pop the head and look for what Jag is showing. If it's detonation it will be clear, especially since you say it has been doing it since you first had it running.

I forgot to bring my phone on my last ride to capture sound.. The best way to describe it is that it sounds like teeth chattering, thats how fast the taps are.. I will pop head and see if there is any damage tomorrow

Good idea. You should check the wrist pin while you have it open. Could be a defect there causing the knock.

My daily makes a significant clacking sound aswell, it seems to be coming from the clutch side, where there's those 3 guide like prongs. And the pressure plate. There's some play there. I'm not sure if it's normal or not.

clutches can be noisy, but the sound will usually change between clutch in or clutch out - don't forget to grease your bucking bar, as that can get noisy too

I believe there is a big variation in spark timing from one engine to the next. Sloppy manufacturing tolerances.
So the stock ignition timing is already close to being too advanced but maybe yours is past that and into the danger zone.
Either replace the engine or get an aftermarket CDI with retarded ignition.
Take the head off and see if there are any pock marks on the piston or the head. With detonation little bits come off.
