Pull Start I brought a pull start but have a problem.

I brought a pull start from Zoombicycles.com. But there is a metal adaptor that actually bolt's on to the Magneto Coil. Is it ok that the metal plate touches that screw that the black wire is connected it? Will that short the Magneto coil out?
