Not likely going to find an engine of this type without the pull starter. You can easily remove the pull start mechanism if that is your desire. You would simply need to make some sort of cover for the opening to the fan. The cheap and easy way would be some steel wire screen that you simply bolt in place with the same bolt holes the pull start was mounted with. If you have the ability to 3d print something you can make something better looking if the ol' redneck method isn't for you. Or fabricate something with sheet metal, etc.
Motor comes with free push start, good nuff?
Hi ImpulseRocket, I appreciate your time but my question was not right. See I have a great running 100 cc motorized bicycle. The thing is I would like to install a push button starter motor with just solenoid and all, but looking for a video or info to connect it to my motor seems impossible without the pull start included on the motor. I'm not a fan of the pull start. I just want the push button starter!
No it's a 2 stoke. My motor doesn't have an electric starter. Nor a pull start. I'm looking to install a button starter only. No pull start.
As far as I know there is no kit to install an electric start.
There is and Amazon has it for 20 buck, the whole kit, with batteries is a little higher. But can't find vid for the kits , only for pull start. If I can get info on installing the starter motor without having to add the pull start then I'll be in the game!
Can you post a link? I've never seen one.
For future reference, it is a massive help to the rest of us to specify things like the engine being a 2 or 4 stroke when posting in general discussion, as we have no context or other frame of reference to work with.
