my bicycle chain and my engine chain are at two different lengths, causing the back wheel to shift to the left, i have tried adjusting each chain but nothing is working, when i take a link from the engine chain it doesn't reach the frame, this is my last chance to fix this bike, and i have no idea what to do, someone please help.

Show us some pics of each side of the bike with the chains the way they are right now.

Also take some close ups as well and post here.

I have never run into the problem your having and I cut down both chains to custom fit my bikes with no tensioners whatsoever and have been doing so for years now.

As you can see from pics below, take note of the chains.

You likely need some half links
I have always done mine with no need for half links so far...lol.

I just place the wheel in position, take enough links out of the drive chain first and have the wheel placed accordingly so the chain is has no more than half inch up or down "bounce" movement to it, not too tight.

I then look at the pedal chain and so far, has always been able to remove links so it is just right too without half links.

I guess that if I ever had to use a tensioner, I would do it on the pedal side chain since it is not under steady strain since it is used just to start the motor or very little pedal assist from a dead stop.

3 solutions
1) Find the sweet spot by moving the motor forward/up or back/down a little - may require aftermarket motor mount
2) Use a chain tensioner for a long motor chain - may require a new chain
3) Use a Half link chain for the pedal chain - new half link chain or 1 half link

Note: most recommend not using a chain tensioner

I like the arch tensioner. The spring loaded ones off the engine only work well for very slightly long chains that have just a little bit of slack, and the normal kit ones I will never trust.
Yep I always hear good things about the Arch tensioner, But there's always the possibility of having to upgrade the pulley wheel

i tried using a half link and that worked, then the stock chain bits snapped, i still don't know why that part broke.
