I have troubles with my NT Carb

When I rev my engine with an NT carb full throttle with the clutch pull in, it starts to rev up and down repetitively. I have no clue why it is doing that. Can someone please help.

You might start off by telling us what motor your working with, new or been around a while, etc. etc. ...A few close up pics of the motor all around wouldn't hurt either...DAMIEN

Thanks but going full throttle down the road it is four stroking

If a 2 stroke is not put under a load, it should be 4 stroking. When you start up a hill, does it continue to 4 stroke or does it quit 4 stroking while going up the hill.

The up & down engine rpm is usually caused by a air leak on engine. Does it only rev up & down when clutch handle is pulled in?

So you don't know the brand name, CCs, what gas to oil ratio your using, What brand of spark plug and what is the plug gapped at, etc.???... (the Chinese "Z" series plugs are total crap by the way),

Yes only when I have clutch pulled in and revved at full throttle
