Came across this beauty and instantly fell in love with her....

This bicycle with an all black 80cc kit would be killer!

Does anyone have any knowledge of these bikes, do they hold up well? Any thoughts on this taking an 80cc HT setup?

Micargis are cheaply made bikes....the fenders are very flimsy, spindly spokes, etc

It only has a rear coaster brake so you would need to add a front brake
What do you do for brakes if your bicycle chain comes off? Slide your feet on the ground? pray? carp your pants? :devilish:

26" Micargi 7 Speed Rover 7SP Men's would be a better choice for a Motorized bike

Why do these sellers keep blatently lying about "80" cc ?
and they have the nerve to claim
I think they need to be slapped with a false claims lawsuit as the 66 cc / "80"
is lucky to make 2 HP.
Even the Grubee 66 cc claims 2.85 HP which is over rated

I think that bike would work fine...with some modifications.

I cannot tell from that pic, but the fork that came on one of my bikes looked like that one and was drilled for a front brake. It was also drilled for a rear brake. Add them and a dual pull handle. As for the fenders, you will really want to reinforce the brackets. this cannot be over looked. It seems as though the most common failure leading to injury is where the fender brackets crack from vibration and the front fender get sucked into the spokes....stopping everything RIGHT NOW.

With those additions (and that goes for pretty much every bike), you should be good.

I really liked the shape of the bike, the color, and the army knockoff stickers on it....

But, I have come across a bunch of bad reviews on the internet about these bikes. Anyways, time to move on and find a new one I guess!

It's like most things. You get what you pay for. Kinda hard to build a complete bike that retails for 149.00 and and have it be Felt quality. Depends on you, this a ride it 1-2 times a week this summer, maybe more. Or a everyday 20+ mile ground and pound?
