Yea the 2-2.5hp motors seem to be the sweet spot and still be legal. The 2 Honda 50s, 2 Huashengs in my opinion are the best 4 stroke motors for our bikes, plug n play w/o building a racing motor. After owning a 49/50cc motor it's very disappointing to use a 35/32cc motor that seems anemic........ the 79cc and 212cc are in a way different category in my book. Good engines from what I read but just doesn't fit in the legal category. Here in CO the law is not a gray area, over 50cc it's considered a m/c.

Here in Michigan its 100cc or less with no more then 3.5 HP or no Higher then 750W for electric.
