I need contact info for my Whizzer.

I am looking for the contact info for Outer Banks Whizzer. I have heard there is a guy there that can help me get my bike good enough to ride to and from work. I have a 45 mile ride one way to work and would like to get a 40 to 45mph cruise speed. I have done a little work to it including a higher speed clutch as well as some flow work. Right now I can hit 45 and it will cruise at around 38 but I think I'm pushing it.

Any help would be great!!
