The first thing I would do would get rid of that Z series, Z8C spark plug that comes with these motors just to be sure that this is not the problem...We have seen that over here in the USA as a leading cause of what could be the problem you are having.

Those Chinese plugs are pure garbage...Most people here in the forums replace those plugs with an NGK spark plug...NGK-BR6HS

Be sure the spark plug gap is .025 (Thousandths of an inch), which is 0.6350 MM

This setting looks good for where the needle valve is usually set at sea level or low elevations

It depends alot on your elevation above sea level though, especially in the mountains or high deserts...As an example, I live at a 4,500 foot elevation which is 1,371.6 Meters and set my needle valve higher on the needle because of lesser air at higher elevations, you need to allow less petrol but more air making it leaner.

NO, don't do that since the middle position is fine at low elevations like yours...If you run it too lean you will burn out the motor...Just change the spark plug first and see if that does the job for you...lol.

If not, wait for our PK21 experts to arrive in this thread and tell you how to adjust it for that motor.
